Third-party software in the axelera-runtime wheel
=================================================

axelera-runtime itself is licensed under the Axelera AI End User License
Agreement (see LICENSE.txt and https://www.axelera.ai/eula). The Linux wheels
also contain the open-source components below. Each keeps its own license,
reproduced verbatim in the file named in the "Notice" column, prefixed with a
short header stating the version, how the component is shipped and where the
text was taken from.

  Component Version License Notice
oneAPI Level Zero loader layers 1.15 MIT LICENSE-level-zero.txt
  nlohmann/json 3.10.5 MIT LICENSE-nlohmann-json.txt

How each one is shipped
-----------------------

- Level Zero: libze_tracing_layer.so.1 and libze_validation_layer.so.1 are the
tracing and validation layers of the oneAPI Level Zero loader, built from the
host.level-zero tree and installed next to Axelera's libaxeDriver.so,
  libaxruntime.so and libaxldev.so in axelera/lib/.
- nlohmann/json: header-only, compiled into the Axelera libraries.

Deliberately not bundled: libpci (pciutils, GPL) is excluded from the wheel
and resolved from the system at runtime. The Linux UAPI header udmabuf.h under
third_party/uapi/ is used only to compile the wheel and is not shipped.

The Windows wheel contains Python code only and none of the above.
